Khun Prasenjit is a partner of financial advisory practice with Forvis Mazars in Thailand. He has over 17 years of experience M&A and valuation experience in advising strategic and financial investors. Given his technical expertise in M&A and valuation, he has acted as an expert on several valuation and modelling engagements for M&A, taxation, and financial reporting purposes. He advises clients on transactions including company sales, acquisitions, MBOs and finance raising.
Khun Surichai Saeaid, Senior Manager
Khun Surichai is a Senior Manager at Forvis Mazars Thailand with over 8 years of experience in financial advisory. Her expertise is in business valuation and financial modeling for investment projects, M&A, joint ventures, financial restructuring, purchase price allocation, IPO financial advisory, and financial and vendor due diligence.
Linh Thai, Assistant Manager (co-speaker)
Khun Linh is an Assistant Manager with over 6 years of experience in the financial advisory. Before joining Mazars, Linh worked in Deal Advisory at PwC, where she contributed to a wide range of financial advisory projects. She specializes in audit support valuations, including purchase price allocation (PPA) and impairment tests.
