The highlight is the rare Olive Wagyu Steak from Shodoshima Island, Japan, celebrated for its exceptional tenderness, rich marbling, and delicate aroma. Guests may also enjoy Torched Olive Wagyu Sushi, lightly seared to enhance its natural sweetness, alongside Seared Foie Gras with Mango Purée, offering a perfect balance of buttery richness and fruity acidity.

An exclusive Sunday specialty, Wagyu Khao Soi, showcases aromatic Northern Thai curry with tender wagyu slices and fresh egg noodles, available unlimited during Sunday Brunch.
