Mr. Robin Loh, Chairman of the Singapore-Thai Chamber of Commerce (STCC), was honoured to attend “The Art & Innovation of Thai Cuisine – Culinary Challenge 2026”, held on 29 September 2026 at the Royal Thai Embassy in Singapore. Organised by the Royal Thai Embassy in collaboration with the Office of Commercial Affairs, Singapore, the event showcased the creativity and innovation of Thai cuisine through four Thai SELECT-certified restaurants, featuring specially curated three-course menus made with quality Thai ingredients. The event provided a wonderful platform to celebrate Thai culinary excellence, innovation, and the strong connections between Thailand and Singapore.
